Samsung SGH-U900 Soul is a gorgeous slider phone with 5 mega pixel camera and some unique features. The Samsung SGH-U900 is a mobile phone that can be used in GSM 900/1800/1900 MHz. Its supported data transfer is via 3G, EDGE and GPRS. The Samsung Soul offers an attractive, well-constructed design and a unique, intuitive navigation touchpad. This mobile phone is equipped with touch control which is nothing new for Samsung however, Magical Touch isn’t a full-screen tap-to-control system, it’s effectively a touchpad alternative to a conventional navigation pad. To be found where you would normally get a D-pad control on a mobile phone, the touchpad features illuminated touch sensitive icons that change according to function or application is being used. There are some setbacks as well in Samsung Soul that it lacks important features like voice dialing and GPS and its call quality wasn’t completely reliable.

This phone also has a very solid build because it’s a little bit thicker at 12.9 mm, compared with other u-series phones. Samsung SGH-U900 is available in Silver and Pink skin colors. On the this mobile phone is equipped with a 2.2? 16M color TFT LCD display that supports QVGA resolution. It is one of the first Samsung handsets with a more than 262K-color screen. The keypad is revealed when the moderately sprung slider mechanism is opened up. The keypad is made of the same bronze-gray colored metal as the exterior of the phone. How to get photos off mobile to the pc. Samsung soul Thanks
The u900 gsm attracted me. I bought one to a relative late 08 and he is hsppy with it. I bought second one (SGH modl)few days ago with external design differences. I do’t feel as happy with it; it sffers some powr problems; it shuts off at night to recive it next day a piece of metal. Your advice will be greatfully appeciated.

Hey duncan, whenever you will put memory card of more then 1 GB batttery will fall faster because these memory cards consumes more battery.

Are there any plans to make this phone available on the 850 network? Or is there a similar phone that has that band? I LOVE this phone (I have a second one as a backup) and AT&T just stopped providing service on the 1900 band so the phone is worthless to me. I can’t believe how incredibly poor AT&T customer service is: they didn’t bother to inform me or even offer to compensate me but I’m stuck with them because I do a fair amount of international travel. I just think the Samsung Soul is a really great phone…
