    Please I will like to know if this drivers will work for Toshiba Satellite L300D AMD Athlon x2 processor? Or can I by any chance get the XP drivers from you. I look forward to hear from you soon.

    Hi, I tryng to install xp on this laptop but never reach the choos hard disk to install. a ble screen appears and I think it is related to the hard disk controllers… no one have had problems with this?
    vista works like a charm…

    you have to enter the BIOS and look for a section where it says something of the hdd mode or something like that, sorry i cant remember now, there you change what it says to “compatibility mode” the you install xp like other pc’s

    Thanks for the drivers. They working just fine although i have 1 problem: Since i downgraded from Vista to XP, my L305D has been very slow on that BIOS screen where it displays TOSHIBA…press F2 to enter BIOS Menu………
    What can be the problem?????

    Hay some drivers for basic vista will work for XP in fact the computer that is leaving this message is a toshiba (L305d) it had vista in it but its such a peace of crap that
    i took it out and put win xp in and did not have to down grade the 5.0 bios (SO EASY):
    you will need a bootable cd with dos (any ver with fdisk)
    then go to toshiba web site abd grab the four drivers.

    (1)turn the computer on and press f2

    (2)Go to advanced tab, go down to sata controller turn it on the (Compatillity) setting reboot to f12 (boot cd/dvd

    (3)boot the dos program then type fdisk: you should hit a 2 gig buffer make your bootable dos partition after that through your xp disk in the cd drive kill the 2 gig partition and format the whole thing and let the cd do its thing…
    THE WHOLE THING TOOK 2.5 HOURS
    PS.i would have left the vista in but im not a neocom. vista alone lets about 4 thousand open source codes Along with Code Sight and Black Duck has increased the open-source code 10 fold and windows 7 forget about it!! with xp three peaces of spy ware and 7 open-source codes have a program that kills them all!!!

    hola quiero agracerle a la persona que pudo subir los driver para xp de este modelo de lapto ,la verdad me ayudom mucho ,ya que tenia el vista y se me hace un sistema operatibo demaciado lento y complicadicimo y pues no tube obcion de cambiar el sistema a mi xp preferido y me faltaba algunos driver y aqui los concegui …
